How We Work

Root-to-Fruit provides consulting services to ignite a cultural transformation rooted in a biblical worldview enabling a business to flourish. Root-to-Fruit begins with an assessment process to identify systemic beliefs and behaviors that undermine the organization’s performance. The assessment outcome serves as a baseline and launch point for a three-day interactive workshop with the leadership team. The facilitated process leads the group to discover how negative work-place behaviors are rooted in harmful cultural beliefs. Participants explore the biblical truths that counter and uproot these cultural lies. Additionally, the group explores cross-cultural mindsets (how to interpret seen and unseen motivations, actions, and behaviors), and establishes a solid foundation for mutual understanding and collaboration. The group is equipped to:
